TRADE DAY
Our main trade tasting this year will be at the Tate Modern in London - from 11am until 4pm, on Monday the 25th of May.
We have teamed up with Neal's Yard Dairy, to offer you an unbeatable combination, not just the finest ciders & perries, but also exceptional farmhouse cheeses; these two creations can provide some great pairings, so now you can sample and savour them both together, on one day.
Not only is this the perfect chance to taste the season - our makers will be there in person, pouring their full portfolios; all of their latest and greatest bottles, and other formats, like spirits, and draught - it is also an ideal educational opportunity:
This year's tasting is not only for the food & drinks buyers, chefs, sommeliers, and bar managers, we're also opening it up to the front of house, the back of house; you can bring the full team if you wish, so they can all taste for themselves, learn what fine cider, and British farmhouse cheese, is all about.
This year's tasting will also give you the first chance to try bottles from the blockbuster, potentially once-in-a-decade 2025 season! From that rich, warm summer growing season, some of the most complex, fascinating ciders and perries have been fermenting...

We have the whole of the 6th floor of the Blavatnik building at Tate Modern, and you can come to the tasting any time you like on the day; we aren't doing time slots.
