Come to The Edinburgh Cider Salon on 1st of December hosted by lovely folks at Montrose restaurant and discover just how varied and fascinating the finest ciders and perries can be!
We have teamed up with the team behind the legendary restaurant Timberyard to get together around a dozen of the most exciting makers from Scotland and the wider UK.
There will be three tasting sessions on the day, followed by an intimate dinner paired with Cider and Perry upstairs in the restaurant, and a party in the wine bar downstairs with some beautiful things available by the glass.
