A gentle spritz lifts a multi layered overload of all the different fruits. A harmonious experience while at the same time the ability to identify each element is fascinating. The joyful play of Somerset cider flavour and soft tannin goes so well with the fruit here, again a truly fun and imaginative cider from Pilton. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 5.5% vol.
