Sparkling Dry Fine Cider
Refreshing dry cider, fermented in qvevri* over the Winter on Apple & Pear pomace, with addition of organic Wye Challenger hops. Apples & pears came from the legendary Parkminster Monastery orchard in West Sussex, tended by Monks.
Honeyed gold in appearance. Ripe orchard fruit & fresh hops on the nose. Sage & applesauce on the palate, with a rounded hazelnut finish. *Qvevri, are large, clay pots used for the fermentation & maturation of wine, traditionally is Georgia. Alc. 6.5% vol.
