Naturally Sparkling Dry Damson Co-ferment
A co-carbonic maceration of Damsons & Perry (pretty unique in its own right!) pressed into barrel to ferment wild, then bottled as a pet nat. The damsons came from gnarly old trees in a hundred year old orchard in Shropshire, the perry pears were Thorn & Hendre Huffcap, & a small amount of medlars complete the blend.
The liquid is bursting with summer pudding, it's super aromatic, sumptuous! 7.6% abv.
