Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

This is Little Pomona’s take on a youthful, new season cider; with the fruit pressed at the start of harvest, a controlled & steady fermentation took place in the after sun warmth of the end of summer. This means it's the first cider of the season to arrive, & a chance to celebrate the start of a new vintage! 

Discovery apples are among the first to ripen in the UK, & are joined here by a 3% component of precious Foxwhelp; to amp up the acid & red fruit elements of the cider, before bottling. Disco Nouveau showcases the Discovery apple in its purest form, you can expect gorgeous aromatics, all strawberries & cream & fruit laces. Fermented with wild yeasts & bottled pet nat. Alc. 6.7% vol.
