Sparkling Dry Cider with Quince
Made in the 'Piquette' Style, also historically known as Ciderkin: where a secondary pressing of the apples is done with the addition of water. For this bottle, Ellis Bitter apples from Little Pomona's Home Orchard, & two varieties of Quince - Vranja & Meeches Prolific, from Dragon Orchard, in Putley, which is also in Herefordshire - were brought together & fermented spontaneously before being botted Pét-Nat Style.
The outcome is zesty, refreshing & fruity. With lemony vibrancy, & hints of pineapple, mango, & spring blossom. Alc. 3.8% vol.
