As always, this year’s Apple Ice is a three-part balance between sweet, acid and alcohol but the blend is rounder and warmer, sporting more yellow fruit. In previous iterations Apple Ice was 100% Mutsu but this year there's small additions of Belle De Boskoop, Cox Orange and Red Gravensteiner apple vareties.
