Medium Sweet Lightly Sparkling Fine Cider

Blend of Kingston Black fruit from several of the orchards that Beccy & Sam manage. The summer of 2021 was wet and with little sunshine but September was warm and sunny and fruit ended up ripening well, this mild summer resulted in this vintage of Kingston Black to be fresher and lighter, as you'd expect from a cooler year. 

This is a pure expression of the Kingston Black apple - made using the Rural Method gives this cider a lovely soft fizz on the tongue. Well balanced tannins with the lovely soft richness of Kingston Black. Aromas of apple strudel, cinnamon and allspice, toffee apple. Good with rich cheeses, apple desserts, pork chops and roast onions. Alc. 5.5%
