Lightly Sparkling Medium Sweet Fine Cider 

The new vintage of this perennial favourite: 2021 was an exceptional year for apple quality but gave just a small crop in Wilding's Ditcheat Hill orchard. They tweaked the blend to adjust for this and have introduced Dove and Harry Masters Jersey alongside Yarlington Mill, Ashton Brown Jersey, Browns and Sweet Coppin.

The mild winter of 21/22 has resulted in a drier cider than usual and this vintage of Ditcheat Hill is perhaps their best yet. Still sweet but just revealing a little more of the special terroir in this beautiful orchard. A small harvest, around half as much as previous vintages. Alc. 4.5%.
