Whole Kent Cherries underwent a carbonic maceration, to which dry cider was added for a month-long infusion. Fermentation concluded in a bottle resulting in a tangy hybrid not dissimilar to a Lambic fruit beer. All fermented with wild yeasts, unfiltered. Alc. 5.5% vol
