Still Sweet Spiced Ice Cider

A blend of vintage 2022 ice ciders, with apple brandy, distilled for Brännland by Tevsjö distillery, also of Sweden, & natural spices.

Rich golden red in colour, & on the nose hints of cardamom, orange peel, fresh apple & vanilla. Wonderful natural sweetness flirting with a well integrated acidity on the palate gives this ice cider excellent weight and body. The lower fortification & abv with cider brandy gives this vintage more room for nuance and delicacy than before. The finish is dominated by cinnamon and citrus. All wrapped together with a bear hug of wintery apples & a delightful succulence. Alc. 10.5 % vol.
