Sparkling Medium  Sweet Fine  Perry 

Naturally sparkling, bottle conditioned perry made from a mid season pressing, using yard blend of perry pears including Blakeney Red, Red Longdon, Red Pear, Gin, Winnals Longdon, Hendre Huffcap & Brandy. Fruit came from 50-150 year old traditional orchards, grazed by sheep . 

Gentle pop on opening  & gentle soft fizz. Honeyed citrus on the nose & then unctuous pear fruit sweetness, & a frizzy tannic backbone with nice citrus acidity, pineapple & honey notes. Nice full mousse & mouthfeel. Like drinking liquid pear honey. Alc. 4.1% vol.
