Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

This bottle is the first serious experiment with Yarlington Mill and the first release using it as a single variety from Little Pomona. The fruit was grown and hand-picked by the team at Hill Farm, south of Hereford City, from amazing orchards planted in the 80ʼs. Originating in Somerset, this variety has become the epitome of West Country cider apples - a riotous explosion of pure phenolic joy!

Bottle conditioned wonderfully this example shows all the best characteristics of the variety - baking spice, leather, sweet hay, big cuddly tannins and lots and lots of juicy orange and apricot. Itʼs unmistakeably a drink from a farm and all the better for it. Abv 6.9%
