Naturally Sparkling Dry Fine Perry
A single variety perry spontaneously fermented & bottled Pét-Nat style; made with one of the rarest of perry pears - the Brinarl Pear, bought to the world by a legendary orchardman Rob Uren. With fruit from an orchard planted in the 1930's, near the City of Hereford.
The aromatics are super floral & citrussy, almost quince-like in intensity. On the palate there's yuzu, lime, starfruit, & mango; lots of tropical fruit. The softest of tannins emerge at the finish & the whole thing is balanced by just a touch of residual sweetness. Alc. 7.1% vol.
