Brut, Champagne method cider aged in an ex-wine barrel for one year prior to secondary fermentation & maturation with champagne yeast for a further year.
A dry, refined cider with subtle hints of oak and apple crumble on the nose, fresh acidity balanced with a fine mousse and a rich lingering mouth feel.
