Bone Dry, Sparkling Celebration Fine Cider
A blend of sharp & very fruity/aromatic Frederick, Yarlington Mill, Sweet Coppin & White Close Pippin apple varieties, sourced from a single little orchard cider in the village of Nempnett Thrubwell, in Somerset. Made with the ancestral method, & disgorged by hand.
The result is bone dry & sparkling, with delicate fruity aromas & crisp, fresh acidity, as well as delicate, soft, ripe tannins. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation. A perfect celebratory aperitif. Alc. 7%.
