Naturally Sparkling Dry Fine Cider
Made by Ben Walgate, of Tillingham Wines fame, not far from the sea, down near Rye in East Sussex - this is natural cider making that proves just how incredible cider made from non-traditional cider apples can be!
It is delicate, but with body and texture from the casks, with a slight pétillance. Funky wild yeast nose, with notes of citrus, with a dry fresh palate. Fermented in oak with wild yeasts. Alc. 5.5% vol.
