Big tannins, diminutive perry pears from Dymock, Gloucestershire and unctuous succulent perry pears from Ocle Pychard, Herefordshire. Tom and the Ciderologist blend pears in a barrel in 2021. The Manuka honeyed perry pours a pinkish gold, bright carbonation then bang, massive tongue furring tannins meet the unctuous sweet "manuka style" honey pear. A show stopper of a perry. A singular experience.
