Why “Mouthful of Perry”? Because Tom found himself savouring these 3 rum barrel perries, taking a big glug & flowing it around inside his mouth, letting the many characteristics release themselves over time, & relishing the impact these rum barrels have created.

This specific bottle is a late season Whitehouse Orchard blend of Blakeney Red & Red Longdon perry pears, from 2020, fermented & aged in a former rum barrel. The strongest of the 3 perries in the latest Barrel Room Series, because it comes from the most ripe & mature fruit, that was pressed later in the season. Alc. 7.0% vol.
