Medium Dry Still Wild Farmhouse Cider

This robust cider features a trio of cider apples from Herefordshire orchards: Dabinett, Yarlington Mills & Foxwhelp.

Notes of ripe, autumnal fruit to the fore with appley sweetness, a full mouthfeel, and a touch of spice.

Fermented with wild yeasts in an array of vessels, including a mix of barrel types. Comes in a 20 litre box with tap (approx 35 pints!). Alc. 6.3% vol.
