Naturally Sparkling Medium Fine Cider
A slowly & spontaneously fermented cider, made with the rural method & disgorged by hand! This bottle combines two grand & legendary cider apple varieties: the Yarlington Mill & the Dabinett. These unrestrained bittersweet apple varieties display the full gamut of tannin & secondary tannic character.
Aromas of orange flesh, marmalade, copper, leather, orchard floor, spice, & baked apple; typical characteristics from the Yarlington & Dabinett. Rich & complex in the mouth with well balanced tannin. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites or pasteurisation. Alc. 4.9% vol.
