Lightly Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

Encouraged by a 2022 single variety Brown’s, Wilding did another small tank in 2023, this time with fruit from the Peppershells orchard. While 2022 was lush and full, the 2023 is light and refreshing, very clean and balanced. 

This is perfect for summer drinking; light, crisp and refreshing and drinks beautifully straight out of the fridge. Typically Brown's: strawberry and lemons, red apple, baked apple and sherbet. A rare no tannin bottle from Wilding, and just ideal for summer drinking. Chill before serving for the best experience.  Alc. 4.7%
