Still Medium Dry Fine Cider

Commix is a classic blended cider for drinking with food. This vintage is a blend of bitter sweets Dove, Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey, with the lovely light sharp Browns.

The result is a well balanced, easy drinking cider with fresh fruit on the nose, palate cleansing acidity and good tannic backbone, balanced with a little residual sugar. Intentionally really great with food, a mix of dishes; try roast chicken & grilled vegetables, & go from there... Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation. Alc. 6.2%.
