Another impressive single variety Egremont russet cider. The apples were all hand picked and selected from an orchard in Worcestershire, spontaneously fermented in tank, developed very well and a decision was made to continue ageing on the gross lees for an extended period. In July 2020 where it was combined with a little cryo extracted juice for a very light conditioning in bottle.

Pretty florality, pristine yellow and green fruits, aniseed, pistachio skins and succulent, juicy acid. A beautiful, glacially fresh and textured cider. 8.3% abv.
