This is a really special selection, showcasing the exceptional ice ciders of Brännland, Sweden: apples that can be grown under near 24 hour sunlight, fermented under the aurora, on the Baltic seaboard in sub-arctic Sweden, creating the most incredible dessert wine like cider. 

Each of them is unique, bursting with all the complex flavours the apple can create, a wonderful combination of tart and sweet, holding a beautiful balance of succulent sweetness and acidity!
