Cases filled with cans: half cider & half perry! Both are unfiltered, wild fermented, full juice.
The cider is made with apples from well aged Michelin trees, Dabinett, & a dash of Foxwhelp. It's bright on the nose, & lush orange in colour, tasting of ripe juicy apples, zesty orange & stone fruit. All kept vibrant by the bright acidity & carbonation. Alc. 6.3% vol.
The perry is made with Blakeney Red, Red Longdon, Gin & Butt perry pears, from 50+ year old trees. It has a light barley straw colour, then vibrant pear, gooseberry, & rhubarb notes on the taste. As well as lovely, lively acidity & pear tannins.
Both are 6.3% abv.
