A blend of Dabinett (60%) & Yarlington Mill (40%) cider apples, sourced from Gregg's Pit home orchard in the village of Much Marcle, & another traditional standard orchard at Great Moorcourt Farm, both of which are located in the heart of Herefordshire.
Smooth, with low acidity & lightly bitter tail. Medium tannins, with toffee apple, butterscotch & phenolic notes. Matured in steel, fermented with wild yeasts, finished in bottle Alc. 5.5% vol.
