Pet Nat Medium Dry Fine Perry

Sam & Beccy say they were very lucky to pick a stunning perry orchard in 2020, in a neighbouring village, that had been planted in 1911 as a Long Ashton trial orchard. The season was good, with excellent sugar levels & fantastic aromas.

In this blend they have paired the delicate & gentle Blakeney Red with Yellow Huffcap; a bittersharp with masses of aroma, acid, sugar & texture. The result is extremely drinkable with gentle natural bubbles, refreshing acidity & some sweetness to balance. Mouth-watering tannins in the mouth, & the aromas are of apple sour sweets, marzipan, blossom, sherbet. Alc. 6.6%.
