Rural Method Medium Sweet Fine Cider
A rich, complex, lightly sparkling full flavoured cider made with the rural method, using late harvested cider apples: Ashton Brown Jersey, Dabinett, Vilberie, & Stoke Red.
Aromas of tropical fruit, red apple & apple skin, orchard floor, poached plums, and white peach are kept in balance with good tannic structure & gentle acidity. Good to drink with food or without, whenever you need a reason to be cheerful. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation. Alc. 3.9%.
