We are really happy to announce two new bottles from Find & Foster; their Saison Pomme 2018 and a new version of their Methode Traditionelle, the Zero, 2017.
The makers, Polly and Matt Hilton, having recently fostered an ancient traditional orchard containing old Devonshire Bittersweet cider varieties decided to allow native yeast, spontaneous malolactic fermentation and time to dictate what this cider would become.
Saison Pomme 2018 was bottled just before the end of the primary fermentation to capture a natural sparkle, the resulting cider is dry, savoury and thirst quenching. Check out the full tech sheet here.
The Zero 2017 is a remarkably balanced, bone dry champagne method cider with ZERO residual sugar (Brut nature). Cuts through rich, salty & spicy foods & makes a perfect aperitif.
